OYSTER is made up of 32 flats, duplexes and penthouses, all thoughtfully designed with residents’ needs and a sophisticated lifestyle in mind. All types are equipped with autonomous heating/cooling through a Daikin VRV system. For even more comfort, underfloor heating by Siemens has also been installed, as it can be quite useful during the winter months.
From layout to hidden lighting and electric curtains —one for partial and one for full shade— high quality specifications and exceptional design create unique contemporary living spaces that anyone would be proud to call home. Natural light flows throughout every apartment, while premium Class A appliances (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washing machine) create the final touches.
Furnishings have been tailor-made using excellent quality materials, like lacquer, veneer and handmade patina. Special attention has been given to the details of the finishes so that the result honors natural materials, yet constantly in balance with the urban landscape. Aiming to be as environmentally conscious as possible, OYSTER features landscaped balconies and terraces that connect people with nature.
